Open Vinyasa Vinyasa is a Sanskrit word that describes a dynamic, flowing form of hatha yoga. Each asana (pose) is linked together with the breath to form a continuous flow. Our vinyasa classes offer breath awareness and practices, Sun Salutations, standing postures, forward bending, back bending, balancing poses, twisting and inversions to create a sense of balance and inner calm.
