Ashtanga Primary Series: In the tradition of Sri K. Pattabhi Jois, this invigorating vinyasa (flow) practice is
a great way to begin your day!  This is the GRANDFATHER of vinyasa yoga.  Explore Sun Salutations,
balancing postures, forward-bending, twists and inversions.  A very powerful sequence to awaken the
subtle body!     
This class is recommended for those who have some prior yoga experience.

Candlelight Vinyasa: A gentle vinyasa (flow with the breath) practice in a serene candlelight setting.

Guru Vinyasa: A vinyasa class open to all levels.  This class is offered by donation and all monies
received are shared with the lineage of teachers and their organizations at Dhanwantari--the Gurus, the
Guru Parampara.   An amazing way to celebrate the sharing of the sacred knowledge!

Kripalu Yoga: Allows a meditative approach to the postures to bring body and mind into stillness. A free
form style that is meditation in motion as it is a series of asanas (postures) that supports relaxation.

OM & Go!  Our quick 45 minute vinyasa (flow) practice.  Feel restored and balanced in half the time!

Open Vinyasa: Vinyasa is a Sanskrit word that describes a dynamic, flowing form of hatha yoga.   Each
asana (pose) is linked together with the breath to form a continuous flow.    Our vinyasa classes offer
breath awareness and practices, Sun Salutations, standing postures, forward bending, back bending,
balancing poses, twisting and inversions to create a sense of balance and inner calm.   Each student is
encouraged to work at their own pace and find that their postures and practice is comfortable, steady and
joyous!    Vinyasa classes at Dhanwantari are set to an inspiring playlist with everything from the Beatles,
Sting, to Krishna Das!

Pre Natal Yoga: a 6 week class series designed just for Moms-to-be to prepare body and mind for
pregnancy and birth.  Begins Jan 6th.  Register online.   $72

R&R Yoga:  Reiki + Restorative Yoga.   Experience the healing power of Reiki while resting in
supported yoga postures.  PURE BLISS.

Restorative Yoga + Yoga Nidra:  Restore, Relax, Revitalize.  Rest in passive, supported yoga postures
to unwind then experience PURE RELAXATION with a guided meditation practice, Yoga Nidra.

Slow Flow: A vinyasa (flow) practice at a slow, gentle, pace.

Storytime Yoga:  A 5 week series for children in grades K-2 to explore yoga with expression through story
telling.   Class begins Jan 21.  Register online.  $50

Sun Salutations:  Celebrate your inner radiance with Surya Namaskar! A specific sequence of 12
postures to provide an overall sense of well being is the core of this class.

Vinyasa 101: Our 6 week beginner’s class series.  Learn the fundamentals of yoga—breath, postures,
philosophy—and lay the foundation for a life-long transformative practice.  Begins Feb 25th  Register
